Purchase Options
We offer several payment programs to best fit our customers' needs.
Pre-Buy
• Lock in a discounted price per gallon by pre-paying for a specific number of gallons
• Contracts are made during the summer months
• Protects you against price increase during the heating season (will not protect against any price decreases)
Budget Program
• Guarantee set monthly payment for 11 months
• Payments due on the 15th of each month
• 12th month is the settlement month
• Delivery schedules do not change with this option unless requested
Invoiced on Delivery
• Payments are due within 15 days of delivery
• You will be invoiced the current market price at the time of delivery
Fees
• Installment/Start Up
- No Charge however, there maybe possible charges for gas tubing, fittings, and regulator(s) if current ones need replaced
• Annual Tank Rent - One-time fee of $1 (120 gallon tank - one time fee of $50)
• Returned Checks:
- Your account will be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus and applicable fees
- The use of a check is your acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy and its terms and conditions
• Finance Charge: – 2% per month, which is equivalent to 24% annual percentage on the delinquent unpaid balance due on the services or propane
• Tank Pump out Fee: Federal Law prohibits transporting tanks containing over 5% water capacity. Therefore, we advise always using the propane in your tank andavoid pump out fees. Fee is up to $.50 per gallon
• Reconnection Fee: Up to $75. A customer incurs this fee when their tank has to be reconnected after being locked out due to non-payment on their account
• Leak Check Fee:
- Automatic Delivery Customer - no charge
- Will Call Customers - $50.00 fee assessed to those who run out of gas
• Emergency Delivery Fee: – (After Business Hours) – $150
• Out Of Route Delivery Fee: – $75
• Delivery On Holidays: - $200
• Contract Default/Early Termination: To be determined at time of cancelation
